Pinefield is highly selective in adding new customers.  Our valued customers tend to be the following:

• Fashion driven - buyers who love market trends, new décor concept, fast changing products will find Pinefield exciting.  Buyers whose main businesses are the contemporary, simple and clean looking products will not find us an ideal fit.

• Value driven – our products are competitively priced and value driven for its quality and design.  We are, however, not the lowest price one can find in China.  Buyers with price driven basic products and low price customers will not find us an ideal fit.

• Large European importers/distributors – ability to purchase over $2 million per year and in full 40 ft container loads; or  
  Large US retail chains – major chains with over 400 stores (additional US importers/distributors are not encouraged as they will likely conflict with our existing customer base).

Minimum order quantities - full 40’ container load and the following quantity per sku:

Photo frames  1,200 pc/sku
Wall frames, chalk boards, pinboards, shadow boxes  600 pc/sku
Mirrors of medium sizes  600 pc/sku
Mirrors of larger sizes  400 pc/sku
Floor/Leaner Mirrors  250 pc/sku
Shelves, ledges, hangers, storage, organizers  600 pc/sku
 

• Payment terms 
  First two years:  Letter of credit at sight; or 30% down payment and 70% before delivery.
  Third year and after:  Payments at two weeks after receipt of shipment documents; or to be negotiated.
